The ‘Cali T’s’ replacement is lighter and faster and truly a Ferrari to hire for all seasons. The Portofino is a grand touring sports car with a two door 2+2 arrangement with a hard top convertible roof. The Portofino aims to strike the same balance between an easy to drive GT car and a typical Ferrari sports car as set by the California. It carries over the same philosophy but is now more refined and agile, courtesy of new design and power increases.

Changes to the engine include a 10% pressure increase and a single cast exhaust manifold. The car retains the 7-speed dual clutch transmission from the California but features a new software to allow for faster gear shifts. The exhaust system has been tweaked to give the car a proper sound note while maintaining its grand touring nature. The Portofino rental car can accelerate from 0–62 mp) in 3.5 seconds, 0–124 mph in 10.8 seconds and tops out at a mere 199 mph!

Ferrari 488 hire

The successor to the 458 always had to be pretty special and the 488 does not disappoint! The superbly fast 488 GTB is absolutely epic. The car is powered by a 3.9 litre twin turbo V8 engine, smaller in displacement but generating a higher power output than the 458’s naturally aspirated engine. The 488 was awarded ‘Supercar of the Year 2015’ by Top Gear Magazine and was Motor Trends 2017 ‘Best Drivers Car’.
No wonder its been one of our bestsellers now for over 3 years. One of the key differences is the 488 has been re designed to increase downforce by 50% over the 458 whilst also reducing aero drag. Acceleration from 0-62 is 3 seconds, whilst 124mph takes a mere 8.7 seconds.

The Ferrari F8 is the most powerful V8 Ferrari rental ever. It is a suitable stunning send off for the V8 bloodline and the undoubted star of 2019. The F8 is the 488 replacement. Ferrari say its got all the good bits from the 488 Pista but with everyday civility of the 488 GTB. Could it be the greatest all rounder of the current supercar crop? Compared to the 488 its got an extra 50 horses, 10% increase in aero efficiency and weighs 30kg less which means it packs 710bhp and gets to 62mph in 2.9 seconds. Just count in your head, 1…2….3 and you are doing over 60mph! Top speed 211mph. A 720s might be a tad quicker and a Huracan V10 soundtrack is to die for, but they cant touch the F8 Tributo when you combine performance and handing.
